to all sifu's cani install a turbo tp my 4g92p soch.. please advise me wat should i get if can bolt on.. my engine is using 4g93 pistons
 
change ur piston to gsr 1.get a thicker metal gasket,look for td04 turbo incl
manifold for direct bolt on,get a better fuel pump n fpr,i/cooler,bigger injector
and a piggyback to manage ur fuel n ignition.what else.....:hmmmm:
anyone else wants to add?

Erm, bigger exhaust? colder spark plugs? custom intercooler pipings? how about stronger internals for higher boost? grippy clutch plate? dyno tune? :hmmmm:
 
Block? No need to change? Or 4G92 block already got oil squirter.

imo,it's not necessary if ur boosting below 0.8bar.there's a few 1.6 bot
running around w/o it.if got,better la.:)
 
we got full metal gasket for 12v 4g13/15 rm240 1.0mm....semi metal mmc 2.0mm rm175....name it what you want...intercoler,injector or custom banana...we dont this project
 
there's 1 runing w/o piggy.other's i'm not sure.ur engine is running on maf so
it's much more easier to bot.
 
what about Civic 1.6 SOHC then? I heard this engine can use vitara's pistons right? how much is it?
 
if u dun use piggay back basically u cant boost..
once u boost the whole engine will die...
i try b4 liao

yea... because oem ecu cant balance the AFR when boost spools up... u need piggyback or standalone ecu to remap the fueling at boost...
 
Hi there..

Better u find completed gsr 1.8 turbo head + turbo + gsr intercoler + turbo host and metal gasket . Now cos around 3 k if u lucky...last time coz around 1.5 k. Then add external fuel pump + e-manage.

done.....

Or 2nd option, find gsr injector, gsr turbo completed with maniful , metal gasket, turbo host, intercoler, external fuel pump , e-manage.

done

Then 1st optionu will get twin cam turbo and 2nd option u will get single cam turbo.

main thing is money.........

i seen alot of 4G15 BOT but the power outcome will be very limited as well...so better to change to a twin cam engine...

4g15 bot can play with stock putra lah... but once ur friends start upgrading their rides, u are left way behind... besides, since u are dumping in 7k-8k for bot turbo kit, why not spend it on a 4g93p (putra or sgti engine) engine... if u have a few Ks more, get a 4g93t gsr, which has even more potential...

but if u are looking into how much u can max out ur 4g15 without worrying on the budget, by all means go ahead...
