what is your definition of a good tuner , a high achiever ?
everyone has their own specialty on their own field , this topic is too wide , at what aspects are you looking at ? drag ? drift ? track ?
a tuner that knows everything in and out of hondata system might not necessarily know how to tune a autronic , does a tuner who knows more tuning systems be the best ?
as far as i know , the only way for a tuner to show his/her capabilities is to build and show what he has , but there are many more factor involved such as money ? availability of parts ? and the machine that he is tuning itself

my fav tuners would be Brabus , if its asian i guess its Top Secret Japan, if its for 4g63 i tink my fav would be buschur & slowboy
