n ive read in the net,din remember the links...
theres one b20b all motor 280whp in US....interesting huh?later if i did find it..will post here...sorry

ok guys... here we go... some pics to differentiate between type r block n b20b block...

typer-2l-block-compare.jpg

guys just wanna share..... b20 must propperly done (fully loaded) and can't take things easily such as save cost this and that because sometimes b16a can easily tapau b20 also....... that's my observation on people done simple modification on b20 only.....

i heard... one of 2L just tapau 2.4L VR4(otai) last few weeks. at Utara zone. any one hear that???

i don't think it is streetable. the compression like 13? 14:1? with that kind of compression the car needs very high octane fuel.

wah...like that the 1.6L white EK that tarpaued a 2L at east coast last week can easily tarpau the 2.4L ler....:adore:

Agree with zaki.. from our previous discussion on the dyno thread..

I still think that:

a 2.0 litre will get around 210-220 on engine (at best) with normal fuels.
a 2.1 litre will get around 220-230 on engine (at best) with normal fuels.
a 2.3 litre will get around 240-260 on engine (at best) with normal fuels.

This is assuming these cars aren't running crazy compression numbers. Remember that these are estimates based on the limitations of having ONLY 4 pistons, short rod ratio, and limited bore widths.. :P

I don't think 2L is good for dragsters, since it's pretty much limited in terms of high RPM.. it has good low end torque though.... but then.. most honda g/boxes are close ratio transmission! (X_X)

I'm going for 2L because I want a powderful daily driver.. :P Then I can mount some stupid ass big-rims with tires and still have enough power to move em'... :P.. High RPM also desired.. but must understand the limitations of a short block... :P (unlike the mat salleh with thier tall blocks that poke out the hood)

For me, I think B18CR has more potential for high-rpm specific applications. :P But the price kills most people.. since it's close to the price of a built B20B.

And not forgetting the old B16A/B16B those are epitomes of high end torque too... assuming ppl ever want to mod those.. :P

So mie.. how about you.. :P??
