averhaul blacktop engine

can anyone help about the problem...
i think i need to overhaul my engine due to white smoke
n no power anymore..
can anyone suggest where the place can be do??
prefer melaka, muar n n9....
how much the coz??
which part need to change??
piston ring, valve seal, all rings n need to tuning back...
please help me..

bro...2 month ago I already overhaul my btop enjin...change piston ring,connecting rod bearing,main bearing,water pump and change all new gasket and oil seal.Doing with malay foreman at senawang... all part bought at kl..seremban dont have (bcoz I stay at seremban..sparts says need to order)...need info call me at 012-2431732 naim
