Most people in Malaysia aren't aware of truck modifications as a large culture, other than having their cars modified. The Japnese are one step of us. While the Americans have modified large haulers, these guy's pimp their trucks to their next step, by attaching lots of bright neon lights or LED lights to make their trucks stand out in the dark. So these guy's in the video, were inspired by the Alienware laptop line (famed for its multicoloured LED backlit keyboards), created a truly road masterpiece on road, displaying colourful neon light patterns, similar to the laptop itself. Watch the great video itself below and the making as well.

Here is a defintion of Dekotora trucks as below.

The Dekotora or Decotora (デコトラ dekotora?), an abbreviation for "decoration truck", is a type of loudly decorated truck in Japan. Commonly having neon or ultraviolet lights, extravagant paints, and shiny stainless or golden exterior parts, such decorations can be found on both on the exterior and the interior. Dekotora may be created by workers out of their work trucks for fun, or they may be designed by hobbyists for special events. They are sometimes also referred to as Art Trucks (アートトラック) ātotorakku)?).
