ohhh my bad... hahahaa!!! oooo, front bonet ya ? hmm... mayb can try put baloon to float it up ... GAHAHAA ok kiddin only ..

anyway, seriously.... if our car is NA, n if its juz the airfilter sucking in hot air we're talking about, u dun need to float ur bonet up wan la ... the truth is, when u move ur car even juz 10 feet forward, air rushes into ur engine bay from the holes/openings wan .. n it is actually quite cool in the engine bay, except when u're stationary la ..

u dun believe me? u pull open the hood latch (dun get down from ur car, juz let ur hood partially locked there) ... n move ur car (u can do this when u're driving into ur house), then faster get down ur car n pop the hood, touch ur airfilter ... u see la whether hot or not .. its not. (in my case la, LOL!) , then gradually it'll get warm. (coz u're stationary) ...

so juz use a nicely installed heatshield n CAI enuff ady ...

got streamyx connection but no network to my eldest bro pc.....his pc is server.

MIVEC inside hahaha......won't so fast change engine leh......only 1year+ car

just ngam ngam graduate, finsihed my final exam on 30 May 2006.

runnn on ldp n federal... bout 130-150 like dat ... hehehe
open pod better or drop in??
mus be budget petrol too....
the diff of performance btw open pod n drop in is alot or little bit ??
pls do let me noe as am a noobie here...

i recommend u open port.... u will be happy with the sound and power it makes.... but u wont be happy with the fuel consumption....

btw, ur driving style also wont contribute to better fuel consumption... so no point la.... recommend u go all out for power.... drive less and u'll save more....

get it from HMS if u prefer KNN brand....both open port/drop in he oso got...

hmm....if open port...suggested to use with CAI n heatshield for better effect....if tight budget..dropin wit CAI oso not bad...oso got sound ma....:_:

drop-in usually no sound la...

i share my little 1 cent experience here about Apexi Open Port

about sound yes got but not little BOV sound psssstttt when u rev high and step on cluth to change gear......no such thing but they said for fuel enjection got. i not sure

got air sucking sound when u floor on the gas pedal.

i can hears the air sucking sound quite garang from inside(driving) but from outside i duno loud or not.

about performance......not dare to say very improved but 1 thing for sure is better than ori Proton Black Siput Filter(LMST)

tested on wira vr4 NA 2.0 n toyota 2.0 supercharger...when flow pedal....got the sound like BOV.....but :_:
