6a12tt Error code 22, 23 and 31

Dear Mitsubishi's sifu,
My friend's 6a12tt engine (eterna twin turbo) has an error codes of 22, 23 and 31.
I had tried search the web but just can't find any clues.
May i know what does these codes mean?
And where can i find Mitsubishi's error codes information?
