would like to check and confirm if there's any possibilities to modify 4g92 sohc to 4g93 dohc??

yes? get a 93 block and a dohc head, wallaaa.. ur current wiring can still be used iirc, just get bigger injectors, and preferably a 93 ecu

yes 93 and 92 block are compatible no matter sohc or dohc heads....

the different was at crankshaft stroke measurement and piston deck height......piston size also same for both 92 and 93 block...

If you change the head only to DOHC, your engine is considered a 4G92 DOHC since block untouch

If you change the block to 93 as well as the head, then only it is called a 4G93 DOHC

92 and 93 block use same piston size 81mm...it will consider 92 DOHC if you just change the head...if you change the block to 93,u need to endorse ur new engine block number...another way to avoid the hassle of endorsement procedure is,u can rebore ur 92 block to fit 82mm,82.5mm or 83mm piston which also can increase ur torque and hp to match the 93 block power output.
