1992 MR2 front tyre size ?

hi all, can 225/40/17 install at the front of MR2 year 1992 (car lowered) ? any rubbing issue ?

because using 4 pcs same size tyre is easier for rotating....

what is the max size for in front ?

h22c: You will need to provide more info such as wheel size incl. dimensions and how much lowering has been done in order to get a better picture.

NOTE: It is NOT RECOMMENDED to use same sizes for the front and rear in view of the MR2s engine and drivetrain layout.

rim = 8"x17" +38, plan to lower it extremely low.
car = MR2 year 1992.

my question = 225/40/17 at FRONT can clear fender and inner banana leaf during u-turn ? anyone experience ?

215/45 R17 will be a better bet should you plan to slam it to the ground failing which you will have to cut/shave off inner fender cover.

Assuming you are on offset wheels, what is the rear wheel dimension?
