10sec carb sohc honda and 9sec inte-r

hi guys...me just one of honda admirers..have u guys ever wonder can a sohc drag honda engine (i forgot the engine code no.) manage to run low 10 secs..according to what i read in Turbo magazine, this all motor (NA) honda got a 17:1 compression engine and just using side draught carbs..in these videos also we can see the skunk2 NA integra did 9.8 secs.i think we can learn from them..super lighten chassis and super skinny rear tires and super fat fronts..are some of the factors..just sharing with u all.
