wow..izzit for real?..fc for neo damn teruk?...hurmm..how come my gen2..fc kinda' ok..same engine rite..1.6 campur engine..ehehhe
 
coz neo is SPORT car that the FC like SUPER car
me full tank RM102 maybe only bring me 330km -.-
city driving coz no highways here

currently using s.neo 1.6 manual, everytime fill up full tank never go above 40L.
City+hiway drive with occasional jam at evening can last me round 430km. rev or usual driving brings no significant difference to fc, but if u drive slower than 80km/h on highway, cn go cameron from puchong n back single tank -.-" with jalan jalan in cameron...how do u think?
 
it really down to how u control ur throttle, since neo's throttle respond is very slow, so i tap it b4 i engage gear,when i engage, i can feel the urge to go dy.

as for auto, anticipate gear changes, since u drive it everyday, i believe u should know at which rpm it change gear by now. when its about to change gear, relax ur throttle a bit, after change gear oni press it. another thing is during idle, no need to put it to D la, increase wear on ur auto gb n increase heat n fc oni...

for all neo, we can see that after 1st 10,000km, fc will drop significantly. n ur lubricant plays a role here also, dnt go to those cheap dealer sc la, those ppl ciplak 1! go to mitiaradamansara or pj s13 or pj 227, those sc hv ethic n know how to fix things, not push here push there attitude
 
i know when over take car using auto
better shift down manually in order to let lower gear release more power

unless auto user very used to using throttle control the "lag" shift
if not mistaken
i hav experience this kinda problem in german cars, like bmw, benz, volkswage
as if it's electronic control on some "stuff"
unlike japan car that has quick response coz they r mechanically control
(i think it's all bout ignition control)

correct me if i'm wrong :P
 
I head that i related power weight ratio. Neo was 50 kg heavier that gen 2 & make it lack of pick-up.
 
what's the weight of gen2? neo is around 1150kg, usually 1.6 whp(on wheel horse power) is 90~100(i believe some older gen2 can hv higher figure)
 
from power to weight ratio
neo's performance is worse than old satria
coz last time satria only weight 900kg+
now neo 1200kg like that -.-
 
but if say power to weight ratio, what was the actual power on wheel for old satria? say 1.5
 
manual gear box campro got very good fc and powerfull

eh well, not very powerful and the fc also not very good la, btw im a manual 1.6 neo owner.

RM100 can last me for 350-370km, so i think the fc is not very good, 95% city drive, need to depends on foot also la.. sometimes if i speed too much.. RM100 maybe last for 330km only..

talking about power, campro no pick up 1.. rpm must rev high only can feel the kick.. but top speed not bad la to me .. :love:..

but one thing is.. Neo is really too heavy man, but then the look is quite nice to me :proud:
 
i am driving a gen2 mme... wat i can say is the fc really not that bad... normally pump around rm90++ full tank can go around 350-390km... normally city driving... as for power also not that bad... is just that u need to rev it in order to extract the power... can outrun most stock 1.6L car around... but not those with big vtec or 20v...
