Double Syncro Upgrade for Mitsubishi Gear

bro, some questions here, im using F5M211 gb, i feel stiff when entering gear, but my others manual car seems to be very loose n easy to enter gear, may i know whats my problems?

All Sifus / Masters, need the advise on the tyre....

Currently my kenari using the 165/55R14, could I able change it into other? e.g. 165/65R14?

i'm wondering wher can get the best alignment shop in KL area, so far i only knw 1 at Selayang area.... their aligment really best ... but it was too far and quite xpensive... it cost RM50 for alignment at selayang...
