Double Syncroniser upgrade for Mitsubishi Gearboxes code F5M21/22/31/33, W5M31/33. Used in Proton and Mitsubishi Lancer, VR4 and Evo 1-3 Gearboxes.

No More grinding gears, you can shift at 9,000 rpm with no problems.

To Machine Each gear for double syncro RM280/ea

To Machine Each Hub for Double syncro RM195/ea

New 39 teeth double syncro RM300/ea

New 36 teeth double syncro RM220/ea

Standard OEM single 39 teeth syncro RM175/ea

Standard OEM single 36 teeth syncro RM170/ea

Standard OEM single 30 teeth syncro RM165/ea

Gear stress relieving and detailing RM75/ea

To dismantle and reassemble gearbox (excluding new bearings and shims, gearbox must be removed from the car before sending it to us for work) RM450

Downtime 2-3 weeks.

I have a prob to go in gear 1(grinding sound).
if i want to apply the double synchro on gear 1 only, can it be done?
what's the grand total including labour charges?

Faster and smoother shifting at high RPM, but it doesnt fit your gearbox. Thanks.

Bro, its hard to give a quote without looking at the parts. Normally its either the Syncro, hub or gear or even a combination or 2 or even 3 items mentioned.
 
hi bro..i have a problem..and i need your advice on it..

kraaakkk sound when quick shift to 3rd gear in high rpm - this only happens with NORMAL CLUTCH..it happens when i quick shift to 3rd gear..sounded like i didnt press the clutch, but i did..but the gear still engage...

but when i was using semi racing clutch, there was no problem with quick shifting to 3rd gear..its all smooth even on high RPM..but when my semi racing clutch is broken, i changed to a normal clutch..and that's when the problem arises..

could it be due to the synchro problem?

Bro you haven't said what model gearbox youre having so I'am going to give you a generic answer to your problem.

1)Is your clutch properly adjusted? Even hydraulic clutch systems need adjustment.

2)The weight of the new clutch might be the problem, standard clutches are heavier than performance clutches.

3)Gearoil problem? Are you using the correct type of gear oil?

4)Your Syncro might be worn out.

Thats all I can say without physically checking on your gearbox.

ahh..sorry bout that..i'm using waja 4g18..with standard gearbox..

how do u physically check on the gearbox?usually how much is the labour charge?
