V Spec II Key features were:-

Modified Clutch Assembly.
Brembo Brake calipers.
ETS Program Modified.
Upgraded Wheels and Tyres.

Only 1,303 V Spec II cars were produced in Japan 'to order' only

made at 1994 only....

IMHO not much different only that it is the last model with Brembo brakes and BBS wheels same as V-Spec I.

Even if ATTESA ET-S is modified, won't be significant to the lay driver.

I actually rode in one before .... V-spec 2 R32 but modded running 1.5bar on N1 turbos... Damn syiok!

The one I rode was also white and had the emblem at the back.
