I want to ask all sifu here about short shifter.

I've changed gear short shifter brand Jasma today but after changed, it become hard to change gear..Is it normal gear changing become hard after using short shift?

sure need more power to shift gear but i dunno your case how hard la

playing with short-shifter=playing with physic...(fulcrum point)

shorter lever=less travel=higher force needed to move the load...(gear change)


hard/heavy depends on ppl...since some ppl can tolerate...some can't....

Your physics really make sense , now I understand why some people that are using short shifter says that it is much harder to shift compared to stock

yup...same goes to steering wheel, the smaller the size the lesser u need to turn...and the harder during parking...without power steering of cos :P

I plan 2 get a new car soon. I've also identified a used number plate that I want 2 register onto my new car.

The situation is d used number is on a bike n the owner is only willing 2 sell me d number but not d bike. I thought of registering a new number 4 d bike, but does that free up the old number? Even if it does, 2 whom does d old number belong 2?Can I use it 2 register my new car?Sounds confusing rite?

Any idea hw do I go about this?
