what is the black rubber that looks like a sponge ? what if I did not replace it when it was thorn and what is the effect?




question 2:
something seems like leaking, can anyone know what was that?

can u take the pics a bit far, jus to see what is the position, it looks like drive shaft cover, can be power steering rod too, pls zoom out.

for the 2nd pics...leaking at yr brake servo, if i not wrong..go get mechanic check asap...brake is no joke bro...

it doesnt matter where it located,u must replace the rubber cover when it worn out as soon as possible.otherwise,the part inside will contaminated with foreign particle n dust

pic 1 my mech say its the steering rubber, replaced it.
pic 2, i haven't check. but since it suspect is brake then i better get it done fast.

For the brakes, you don't need to change the whole pump if cylinder not scratched, worned or teared. Just get a service kit to replace all seals and rings. Should be much cheaper. :love:
