Bro ...if yours is like a hole already visible or if the area already split....meaning you can see through it....I think the painter cannot help...if fibre is still intact he maybe able to help...actually the best is just to pay him a visit and ask his opinion...in terms of repairing CF, I haven't heard of anyone who does that
