or just buy any Insulflex or SuperLon with self-adhesive 10mm will do.
I'm assuming that you need it for your car roof.
If you want to do front bonnet, then you can use HoodLiner. 3"x4"x10mm with self-adhesive.

I am driving altis gen 10. please PM me what material to use and prices
1st stage, 4 doors, n boot
4 doors how many layers?
My recomended way : 2 x Propad, 2 x Suppression Pad and 4 x Flex Mat for doors.
Boot ah...Use 2 x Flex Mat on rear fenders will do.
2nd stange floor and roof and rear speaker deck board
Rear Speaker deck board also need to do ah? If want then use Flex Mat...others not suitable for that area.
Floor use Dampening Mat and Noise ABsorption Mat.
3rd stage front fender. ( noise plug suitable for what car?)
Front fender use 1 x Suppression Pad and Noise Plug. This Noise Plug suitable for all cars except Waja. You might also need the insulflex, which I do not have.
:)
