dear all ZTH members,
I want to lower my car, but still considering 3 options that are available:

1) Chop current stock springs
2) Buy Sport Springs and Sport Absorbers
3) Buy Sport Springs only

which of the 3 options should I choose? some say option 3 is enuf, some say must choose option 2...

What car you are using? Not every car has the same solution. But in generally, I reckon you should not waste any money on this. Save the money and get a set of adjustable low/high and hard/soft coil over. Maybe can buy a recond set with cheap price from halfcut shop.

option 1 is definitely out, option 3 as well...best u get a set of springs with a matching set of absorbers, so u noe they will ngam each other...less trial and error needed...

or u can try what CSL has mentioned earlier, depends on ur luck tho...

don't ever chop your springs, either stock or sport springs. if you're on a tight budget, you can go for option 2, but in the long run, your absorbers will wear out over time. best is, save the cash, and get yourself a set of adjustables.

helps if you let us know what car you have. option 1 is definately out. option 2 is good enough for normal driving.. e.g. G|A|B SA absorbers + G|A|B sport springs. its not adjustable but it was designed to function together while lowering your ride.

adjustable coilovers would be the best option, but it does cost significantly more.

it also depends on what ur car is used for? daily driving? i mention this because, most hi/low adjustables are too stiff and bumpy for daily driving. unless u go for hi/low soft/hard, which cost alot more... however i can't confirm this as i havent tested a hi/low soft/hard adjustables before. so choose wisely

since u are running with 1.5 SE, u have an option go with sport spring only.
with 1 inch lower would not damage ur absorbar.
Before I go to coilover, sport spring with stock absorbar was service me near 6 yrs.

Now plan to let go my Germany sport spring, just PM me If u interest. Thanks.

Hi all,
I would like to know whether the stock Waja steering audio controls can be used to control aftermarket HU or not. If can, how to DIY?
BTW, I am not owning a WAJA, just wondering the possibility of having a waja steering to control some of my HU controls. Thanks in advance for the help.
