You need Tein Monoflex with ADFC lah. Buy suspension baru turbo...Like this
a mate mention to me on a brand name HWL.RM1500 a bit low. Brand new ones gonna cost you around RM2k-RM3k. I suggest you buy used TEIN. Price around RM1800 minimum. You can search on FB for 'sinar modifikasi' or on mudah. Mudah got a lot of used japan coilovers within your budget.
HWLs are decent really. But for 1500 I'm not sure if you can get hlsh. Probably just hi lo adjustables.a mate mention to me on a brand name HWL.
Fully adjustable then you can play with the settings....Whats the most important fundamental in choosing a performance coilover set?
Turbo first. then TEIN Flex with EDFC.You need Tein Monoflex with ADFC lah. Buy suspension baru turbo...

the built? LOL. get something than can be service. HWL is serviceable and damping is ok. but i think HWL hilo soft hard body shift gonna cost you around RM1800++ not including GST. issuzark there using BC Racing. can ask him how much he bought it.Whats the most important fundamental in choosing a performance coilover set?
I think that's not really the right question to ask. The correct question to ask is "What do you want to gain from a performance coilover set?"Whats the most important fundamental in choosing a performance coilover set?
send for rebuild and revalving...Yup, mine more like Titanrev ones, softest setting still hard and I don't track.....lol
But beggars cannot be chooser as I got them second hand from a friend.....hhahahha
can still tune for more comfort what...Actually nothing wrong. Original hard mah.....lol
Swap means RM loh.......hhahhahahhacan still tune for more comfort what...
as simple as swapping softer spring rate
Thanks mate....I think that's not really the right question to ask. The correct question to ask is "What do you want to gain from a performance coilover set?"
I chose mine for flexibility. Reasonable stiffness when I go on track, and reasonable comfort when I'm on the street, whilst easy to increase/decrease car height whilst accommodating my larger than normal rim + tyre.
Then there's titanrev - who got his coilovers specifically to shatter all his teeth when he drives on the street but on the track he's the cornering king.
Ask what you want from the coilover - not what the coilover can give you. Different brands have different compromises.
HWL isn't too bad a brand and so far I've yet to hear of any HWL failing too quickly. But for RM1500 like what the other guys have said - it's too low a budget. Seriously - save up to at least 3k then go for the best your money can give you. Don't buy cheap then regret and end up spending more making the cheap one better.
