Hi peeps, am selling my car....
Its a genuine late 2001 Proton Perdana V6 (A), converted in mid 2005 to e84a Mitsubishi Galant V6 VR4 (M)'s engine + gearbox + wiring/harnesses + etc.
Same version engine as the so-called RS which is actually Sports GT e74a. Hence 240ps on factory figure, now maybe 260 or so, have not dyno though. Never been thrashed nor tracked.
Car fully tuned, serviced and maintained by SkyZone Car Performance with full service records.
Includes:
- customized oversize downpipe and 3-inch exhaust system with Tanabe G-Power Medalion (JASMA) - done by Ah Heng Exhaust, USJ
- twin-pot (F), single-pot (R) brakes system
- Original Galant ABS System (working, of coz)
- MMC Clutch Set
- GT-spec front strut bar
- GFB manual boost controller (running 0.85 to 1 bar boost)
- Blitz digital boost gauge with warning (with timer function)*

And if you are wondering about maintenance and fuel consumption?
Maintenance's similar to usual perdana V6, so service is done every 4 to 5,000km. Fuel consumption's better than stock V6 auto, roughly 420 to 450km per refill of 50-52 liters, could do a lot better on highway or long distance travel though.
Contrary to popular believe, the galant version's v6tt is pretty much hassle free. And if you are wondering, mine came from a late 94/95 VR4 halfcut, still remember selling the frontal bodyparts to some forumer here two years ago.
So its pretty much a buy and drive kinda car, so all you need to ever consider is what else to upgrade to make it even more powerful. Also, I only used it for weekends, as I've got a wira for daily use.
And the price.............RM 50k (neg) as advertised on Motortrader except there's much more details here.
Viewing can be arranged for genuine buyers. Check with some Banks (Ambank, CIMB, PBB, RHB), can get 80 to 85% loan margin....interest from 3.6 to 5.5%. However, please arranged loan yourself by contacting the banks.
