Skyliners, anyone following this closely. NAP 2012 review will be announce soon. from what i have gathered probably in late Oct or Nov (or change due to political reason).
Anyway, the main points are:
1) Malaysia as a green hub - good.
2) Gradual ELV (end of life vehicle) - 15 years above requires yearly inspection and it is expensive. So for 400hp up with 3.5inch or 4 inch piping dont think that inspection is easy or "cheap". Just like in Japan, very strict inspection.
3) Integration and recycling used car parts - Just like in EU.

so, how does this impact our legendary car value? how does it impact the loan that we are still paying and have been paying? etc.........
