NAP REVIEW 2012 - anyone following this?

Skyliners, anyone following this closely. NAP 2012 review will be announce soon. from what i have gathered probably in late Oct or Nov (or change due to political reason).

Anyway, the main points are:
1) Malaysia as a green hub - good.
2) Gradual ELV (end of life vehicle) - 15 years above requires yearly inspection and it is expensive. So for 400hp up with 3.5inch or 4 inch piping dont think that inspection is easy or "cheap". Just like in Japan, very strict inspection.
3) Integration and recycling used car parts - Just like in EU.
4) others you can read up on the net.


so, how does this impact our legendary car value? how does it impact the loan that we are still paying and have been paying? etc.........

Hi guys, new member here, as a rookie to modification world, wanna ask is that any way to upgrade your car performance without turbo or supercharger modifications?
