There are few factors may affect your 0-100 timing.
1. Air temp , Day time Or night ?
2. Load = extra stuff like sub woofer box+amp, fuel level, extra person ?
**Note: every 50kg u safe = 2 sec improve especially for a small displacement car
3. Air cond on or off ?
4. Tire pressure ? rolling resistance
5. Tire dimeter = 13" up grade to 15" any outer dimeter change ?
6. Modification to the engine was done by the skilled sifu ? Any calculation or real H/P gain through the modification ? Air fuel mixture ok or not ?
7. Engine oil ? thicker the oil, slower the car. Change to synt oil may helpful.
8. Engine tuning= is your engine in tip top condition ?
9. Exhaust dimeter = bigger doesn't means better. Must suit your engine. Remember N/A needs some back pressure for them to work properly.

If you done the above factors correctly i'm sure you will get better result.
I witness one of my friend mod his 4g91 ( DIY without correct calibration) from header to cylinder head to injector to AFC to cam gear. However he kena tapou by a slightly mod 4g91 (My Wira he he he he ). Why? Proper tuning.
Next time you try, remember to take off your spare tyre (safe some kgs), it may helps

Good luck.
P/S Safety first and make sure it will not harm other road user.

i think your 100km/h is around 110km/h actually due to your bigger rims.
try to compare with your friends car speed. ;)

I think Kelisa is a bit slow when comes to 0-100kmh test (very subjective). But the bright side of Kelisa is this little car very responsive when RPM hit above 3.5K.
