Seriously nothing much to say already, so just bear with me and feast your eyes...

Two cars sent in for headlamp restoration.

This mini's headlamps was in severe condition.

Not just yellow but plenty of fine deep cracks.

Sanding this took a lot of effort as the headlamps were hard. Sanding started all the way from 600 grit, then 800, 1200, 1500, 2000 and finally 2500 grit. A total of 6 steps.

Followed up by cutting with Osren P40 on denim and velvet pads, compounded on wool pad, and finally finished with a polishing pad.

Saved tonnes to get a replacement.

The same treatment was done for the other side. The headlamps was then coated with Opti-Guard.

A second car, Toyota Wish...

A similar treatment of sanding and polishing as the mini was given to this car. Sanding started form 1200 grit as the headlamps were not as rock hard as the mini.

Protected by opti guard.

Thank you... Please... Paint correction next please...

Real nice work bro! Just feel proud when I see other cars headlamp was real bad and mine after 8 years still that good.
Only problem is right headlamp starts to have water vapour inside. :frown:

Aint easy for me to clean the inside.

Thanks people for kind words..

can those scratches be able to remove? How much do u charge?
For this case, the fine cracks were not visible anymore unless one turns on the lights. The condition of these headlamps were very severe. Not recommended to completely remove the fines lines are this would over-thin the headlamps.

Sweet! Just wanna ask where did you get those optimum coating?
This, you can look for Josh/S1tl.

Most just change color and/or have slight crack line, but this one really looks severe....:smokin:
