I've been driving for many years and I found that more and more people are not wearing their seat belt. What is the problem actually? lazy?, seat belt not comfortable?
How many of you here actually buckle up? be honest.

I buckle up all the time no matter close distance driving or long...

I'm very interested to know why some don't like to put on seat belt. Is it because feel uncomfortable with the seat belt?

when you need to lean forward , and the belt is on..its really uncomfortable....

and sometimes we are prepared to drive really slow...or short distance..i feel like there is no need...cause...if i get into an accident at that speed...my hand on the steering is always firm and will hold me back from smacking my head on the steering.

but if i am going on main roads/highways and going above speed of 100km/h..then definitely should wear.

Its a habit i guess. My friend passed away after he was thrown out when his car skidded and ramped onto the railing. Been wearing it everytime i get into the car. Near or far. :itsme:

I thought for all these 5-point, 4-point racing type harnesses to work properly, they have to be strapped really tight and while they are perfectly suitable for motorsport, they are pragmatically difficult for daily driving....stuff like rolling your shoulder over for reverse parking or reaching out through the window to pay at the toll booth, or at McD drive-in.

Correct me if I'm wrong.
