my autochoke have a spring inside
when engine get hot and also when have electric pass through,
the spring will stiffen and push the choke valve to fully open.
it can be easily adjust and also
when it get old the spring might get soft

ppl can disable it by turning it all the way until the choke valve open all the time (turn the cover that allow you to adjust one)
for me i open the thing up and make the valve fully open all the time

i not sure though your wira one same or not
