red-jdm - yeah leaking... my head got problems after skimming, mayb they did it incorrecty..
 
maybe u should change to b16b or b18cr....hehehe
 
200bhp b20 VTEC can beat 300bhp turbo cars, with roughly the same weight:regular_smile: been there, done that.

in this case same weight but still can win turbo?

wat makes a turbo engine inconsistant? besides turbo lag, gearing....what else?

normally the leaking come fr 2 location. the distributor O-ring n the vtec solenoid o-ring. try to replace this n sure ur leaking gone. n one more location is the power steering pump. if u replace all those seal sure no leaking.
i dun think ur engine oil can come out from the head gasket.

actually its same like when smaller cc can beat bigger cc...
when the bigger cc won, then they will say its normal but whenever the smaller cc won, they will say that car is fast.. hehe

thanks man.. yeah m thinking of that too (the 1st prob)..
but i think something to do wif my head also..
head gasket burnt few times already.. newbie wif n/a n im a bit blurr wif this matter..
it started to overheat n loss of water in the tank..
heard like a pinging sound now, i think so *wink*:confused_smile:

200hp vtec vs 300hp turbo? 400mtr?
that is if the b20b is put head to head wif a vr4 n its running with a 1.4-1.5bar boost with an upgraded fuel pump etc.

if the b20 with a converted evo 300+hp.. i reckoned..
been there n done that..

Thing is.. if you compare stock to stock.. sure turbo tapau vtec.

If you compare modded to modded, then money is the limit.

More money into vtec/turbo.. definitely will see differing results.
