Of course its the Satria GTi and the R3, there is no contest.

Proton actually did a fair bit on the orginal Satria chassis for the GTi and R3. Lotus did help with the suspension, engine mounts and to some extent the chassis as well.

And some one said it as well, these are the only protons that I actaully want to own !

The Satria Neo - Lotus Racing Edition was sadly more of a PR stunt and way way too overpriced, which is not really Proton's fault as it was a really low qty production run.

I also really look fwd to see teh Neo Concept that was unvield at the KLIMS, they force inducted one. I would love to get my hands on that if it really comes out.

In my opinion, the best car made by Proton is the Wira by a country mile and followed very closely by the original Saga. These cars have stood the test of times and are pretty reliable for the price you pay.
Well, that's just my humble opinion.

If we only talk about cars produced solely by Proton, they would be:

A. Waja
B. Gen-2
C. Juara
D. Savvy
E. Neo
F. Preve
G. Saga BLM/FL/FLX
H. Persona
I. Exora

Proton claims that the best is Preve ~
Not Juara. At my post earlier, I mentioned that Juara was based on the Mitsubishi Town Box Wide.

Not Juara. At my post earlier, I mentioned that Juara was based on the Mitsubishi Town Box Wide.
If that is the case, Saga, Wira, Waja, Perdana, Inspira, Satria are all Mitsu Clones.
Tiara is Citroen clone
Savvy is Renault clone

You're almost correct but Savvy is actually designed in house by Proton. Only the engine is sourced from Renault. Same goes for Waja. The design is designed by Proton but the engine is sourced from Mitsubishi(for the earlier 1.6 litre models) and Renault (for the 1.8 litre model). Only during year 2007, Waja was fitted with a Campro engine.

So Juara is cloned...my bad and mistake...sorry keke...

Savvy is half breed, Waja is also half breed. If im not mistaken, Gen-2 is the first car 100% made by proton.

Yeah, you're right about Gen-2. Don't worry about your mistake regarding Juara. We all learn from our mistakes and improves ourselves from it.

I know the Savvy is partially only. As for the Waja I thought so too at first, but I have seen a Singapore Mitsu model with the front looking like the Waja, but the rear end is different, much like the Wira and Lancer model earlier, therefore I am not too sure now.....:hmmmm:

The new Lotus 2-Eleven takes the Chapman philosophy of ‘Performance through Lightweight’ to its most extreme level yet.

Weighing in at just 670 kg (1,477 lbs) - dry weight with base specification - 745 kg (1639 lbs) - kerb weight, fully loaded - and with 255 PS (252 bhp / 188 kw) on tap courtesy of its supercharged and intercooled 1796 cc engine, the 2-Eleven boasts a power to weight ratio similar to that of a...
