On the last Friday night, my friend park his car under the midvalley
parking and within a hour later he found that his car tires & rims was
been stolen.
Beside that he noted and informed that the car park which not installed the
cctv in the area.

as for me,most of the time i'd rather wait for a space near the escalator entrance rather than juz park at any far away available space..be it at MV,KLCC or any other shopping complexes..not to say 100% safe, but i think for them to do something in front of crowds surely makes them think twice..

yup the new parking lot (which is very2 big area) at midvalley is not yet equipped with CCTV except area at the entrance to lift. As for me I'm always park my car at the rooftop area coz basement parking is not really2 that safe (for me laa). Always practice to park your car near entrance to the shop signboard. Yup kinda hard to find where you have to pusing2 around A LOT and have to wait ppl to go out but its worth :) damn those thieves may you guys burn in hell.amen.

Car thieves are really efficient these days and even if you catch them on CCTV, the police cannot help if you can't identify them. How can they apprehend people they or you cannot recognise? I've asked before ler.

FYI, Midvalley every car park area also don't have CCTV install. the only CCTV install is infront of the entrance and exit where u masuk ur ticket to the machine only. they are still in the planning stage to install it.

I work there and also my car spoiler been stolen b4 on the upper floor car park.
if u lucky then ur car got spoted....hahaha....

Anywhere is not safe la... Don't be so naive.

You may park under CCTV or right beside the police station, if your car is marked, it will be stolen/items will be stolen easily. Jangan harap on the authorities lah..

Whether you have the best alarm system or whatever shit system immobilizer .. Those stuff are just to make you feel safe and waste your money. Even steering locks or whatever locks... Useless.

So the BEST solution is to keep the interior of your car simple lah. Mod so much for what, think u're going autoshow? Meters clustering everywhere on your dashboard, even a small kid nampak also feel annoyed and wanna break your windscreen lah. LOL .. And the best thing is, that car don't need that many meters but you just wanna look cool anyway and end up getting your car broken into.. LOL..

Especially those foolish ah bengs who blast their woofer damn loud with fengtau techno songs whenever they pass by crowds, thinking they're so yeng.. Come on! If a thief is in there and he gets annoyed by your annoying sound system, obviously they'll wanna target your car more. So, low profile lah sikit.. Don't be such an ahbeng fuck.
