I dunno but have you ever heard of Evo 9 MIVEC? Or HKS V Cam System?that shows that vtec still need turbo to go fast, turbo dont need vtec to go fast, hehehe...

I think its because the B20 block is well known for its thin sleeves..I saw a EG Yellow with Jxx plate in race Kg Gajah, Perak...long time ago...bout 1 yr+++

Why need B18C block???
I think the most important things is u have to change to low compression piston...
Oil pressure also need to control below 4 pound If i'm not mistake!!!
OIC...I think its because the B20 block is well known for its thin sleeves..
There is a tendency for it to crack under boost...
In "mat salleh" forums, boosting a B20 is one of the things in their no-no list...
but strangely, some claimed that they have boosted a B20 and keep it running for years...
