does it look like oem abs but harder in damping?
erm, all abs looks alike. coilover is also macpherson strut...

it's a KYB Potenza Gymkhana, adjustable front and rear.

mine is Double Wish Bone....

ok ok, back to the topic.
can service, but just worthy onot if spend lotsa money, then repair by local....unknown damping oil, gas & some re-cond tube....oil seal & O-Rings....??? so, u just thinking bout it....
just like last time i wanted to service/overhaul my Kayaba Double Adjust Gymkhana....the person i call said "Anything-or-every-kind-of-adjustable-also-can-be-done-,-but-when-send-to-them-,-they-claim-that-will-change-my-damper's-tube-with-their-cheap-pluk-tube-&-wanna-cost-me-rm4XXper-piece!!!-&the-soft/hard-will-be-disappear-coz-their-cheap-tube-is-just-like-normal-OEM-tube-that-made-in-Mys-or-re-cond-Tube-from-other-makes!!!!

so, better take a deep though.:hmmmm:

sorry bro, didn't catch your question. yes, it's a replacement for OEM, but it's harder that OEM.

i guess the answer is that i can't re-condition the Gymkhanas...

maybe i should just go with a coilover and keep these Gymkhanas as spares just in case the coilovers need to be rebuilt at any time.
