Dear Gib, nice meeting you and your mini sport car.

Just got my mini started with some minor hickup suspected a carb problem. My father is helping me to resolve the wiring problem now. The electornic distributor I got form 1/2 cut shop is working fine...cosmic rim looks cool, minor body rust repair to be done later after the car runs normal. Has yet to test out the breaks and the gearbox. Hope to do that this week itself.

Volvo740 was my 2nd project !, I started with Honda Accord 1.6 by completely teardown and rebuild, now this Morris Mini 850 is my 3rd one....next not sure what ???

I will take a photo of my 6" cosmic rim but I think ZTH max allowable data is still too small for my photo to upload, I had tried it before. You have a personal address, i iwll mail to U.

The body has just been restored i.e. baremetal touch-up and new paint (Striking yellow). It comes with original 10" wheels.
