Apprarently, due to a MOA signed by seller and buyer earlier which protect the interest of buyer in purchasing the car and this case is considered as seller default in which at any point of time the seller failed to deliver it's responsibility, which would subject to legal actions to be taken against seller after that, then the seller agreed to refund the money paid by buyer in full. engine leaking

hi!shifu and taiko.
last two days i just go to used car shop see altezza.
and i found some oil leak on the side of engine head.
on the picture can see something like gasket melt. my question is it the engine over...
