if you dont pay the monthly instalment, the tarik kereta man have to put up a fight with me lorr....
i am no van damme maa..sure being beaten and masuk hospital...and still owe the bank summore....

make an agreement, signed with lawyer.. also ask the guy to pay deposit 2 months to u la.

if he missed payment, just use the deposit to pay for it. ;)

also state in the agreement, if he missed 3 payments he is to return the car to you immediately or a police report will be lodge for stolen car.

been there.. done that. :D but so far, good experience la. no bad experience.

btw bro rattan, i got 1999 Kembara if u want. monthly RM572. another 3+ years to pay.
