WTB : Charade Espri + Detomaso Bodikit

i'm looking for Charade Espri from any year.
The specs:
Standard Engine 1.0 EFi
Standard Interior also OK
Anybody?

standard espri comes with 1.0 carb not efi....if u lookin for efi....go find 1.3....but hard to find hehehe.....

if my budget below 15k can get one or not?
i thought daihatsu have many 1.0 EFi engine such as EJ-VE or EJ-DE?
this two engine from which model?
maybe can convert to this type of engine later?is it posibble?

one more thing,standard espri hav 2 varian as i know,
one flat model,one more 'smile' model.
which one can convert bodikit to detomaso?

can lol..the car must be year '94-'95...
i thnk EJ-VE & EJ-DE engines come kenari,myvi & kelisa only..
i dun know this engine can convert dpend for the mounting...
act for espri is suitable for HCE ang HDE-G engines..

yeah..standard espri come wit flat model (G200) wit rectangular headlamp..
& 1 more smiley version (G203) comes wit round headlamp..
its 2 model can to convert detomaso (G201s) bodykit..

hye... bro..for ur info..the EJ-VE or EJ-DE engine is suitable for K-car body ex, kelisa & kenari..so the type body of espri cannot drive this engine coz to small..n the engine bay for espri suitable for HC 1.3 EFI 16 valve & HDE 1.6 16 valve detomaso engine mounting is same ( for info detomaso engine cannot registered & approved to jpj coz the cc more than 25%) only 1.3 HC can approved by jpj. For more info about daihatsu charade u can call this person Mr. Allan & Mr. Mus (012-2657005) (012-2038600) from Dream Machine Pandan Indah or u can come there for view the stuff at DM. DM is expert on charade car from G11,G100,G203 model.Or u can log on to www.dcocm.net this is daihatsu charade owner club malaysia web forum for more info.

i think 1.3i lol comes wit 16 valve..
its more ok than 1.0l..

B16C: mine is 100% stock interior & exterior.. i saw one espri for sale at used car dealer, kajang.. 97/99 maroon color, the bigger eye version.. mileage 106000+
the salesman said loan up to 17k, the price 19k (lupa aa..) PM me if you interested to see it, i can show you the kedai..

espri with 1.0 heart...the fuel consumption isnt tht good.... rm10 only can go around 55km highway driving..

im driving espri with deto kit....espri is heavier than aura..sumore with deto kit..so the FC isnt tht good...

turbonetics : waa..your car very thirsty laa. maybe you already modified the engine?

if like that, i think 1.3i more suitable for espri body.

Just to share :
Aura 1.3 HC-C SOHC 16 valve 1995 can go RM40 for 410km highway drive (old petrol price) *Is it RM1.68/litre last time?
Aura 1.6 HD-EG can go RM50 for 420 highway drive (new petrol price RM1.92/litre)

b16c:no mod on my engne...

u can convert the kit by urself...front and back only la...thts wht i did...just u need to send ur car to workshop to mod the side skirt...cuz the skirts is for 2 door...u need to mod it fin onto ur car...and cant save money on this...or else it will easily crack...stand by for 300-400 for this mod...

tibun: mine rm10 only can go 55-65km max with current petrol price....btw i dont think count how much milleage can go with rm10 is suitable for now...since the price keep on increasing...i think we should count per litre..

this is my calculation result 4 tibun engine :

1.3i = 17.2 km/liter
1.6i = 16.1 km/liter

B16C : Thanks for summing up. Those are manuals.

I think the mileage I quote is from highway run, if urban, more teruk.
It's more like :
1.3i = 16 km/litre
1.6i = 14.5 km/litre

emm..i thnk full bodykit price around RM1.5-1.8k depend halfcut shop la.heheks..
and for installation bout RM250-350 depend workshop...huhu...
