[WTA] Questions about Bilstein Suspension System.

Hey guys, lets say I want to get a Bilstein kit for my car but I have a limited budget. So, can i actually buy second hand kit from someone else and install it to my car? Is the kit different for every car or is it universal? Lets say from BMW to Audi, Or Volkswagen to Volvo? Is that possible?

I'm using bilstein b6 abs paired with stock springs for my crv atm FYI. Just make sure u check on the compatibility 1st before u buy but since u are going for 2nd hand u need to check it on your own.
