wta: intake manifold for evo8 n evo9

as per title i just wanna ask if my car evo8 gsr, had a little bit karat here and there at the intake manifold.. can my car use the intake manifold from the evo9? is it the same or i have to modified it to fit my car?
anyone please help as i just don`t wanna to call the dealer yet to confirm whether i can use it or not..

intake manifold ..can...sure...but fyi valve cover cannot...
