wira crystal headlamp with HID

i just bought a set HID and put it in the crystal headlamp and it's not so bright
is it because of the glare shield of the HID?? cause the crystal headlamp already have it
do i need to pull the glare shield off??
and i heard people say tat original headlamp is better than those crystal 1.... is it true?!?!

It should be very bright & appealing after u've fitted HID into the crystal headlamps for ur Wira. It doesnt affect the brightness of the HID bulbs even with the original headlamps' glare shield as i havent encountered this problem before.

FYI, i've been using HID on a pair of glass crystal headlamps for my Wira since a year ago. :) I've tried removing the glare shields previously on the old pair of crystal headlamps before it was replaced with a new pair after a bugger hitted one of my headlamps.
