Where can i go Gen 2 wide bodykit??

hi guyz, i just bought a gen 2 and im gonna do my rims and my exhaust.
im just wondering if i change my exhaust, will it affect the engine warranty?
and will the car lose alot or abit or maybe not at all power if i change my rims to 17 inch.
its kinda heavy the rims, and where can i get the best shop who really does the bodykit perfectly?? thanks guyz, plz do feedback me....
