If you search in the marketplace you can find a company that does powder coating paint for valve covers or any other part depending on size. A bit more expensive that normal painting & can also get the "grainy" effect. Its also lasts longer than normal paint.

Theres also the cheaper DIY method....if you old valve cover paint is still ok, you can spay a layer of primer paint, then a layer of the color u want, but use high temp spraypaints.
