does anyone face this kina probem ?? that when clod start your car the lights n everything damn bright but later on the car light start to dim ? does it happens to every car ?

what do you mean by car light?

are you talking about the headlamp?

or the dashboard backlight?

Yeah sounds like an alternator problem. I experienced something similar when driving the company car back to the office on OT. The headlights gradually started to dim, and same thing was happening to the internal lighting for the display dials.

I was close enough to the office when I lost the headlights. Didn't want to get stranded and the car still have power so I tailgated the guy in front and use his lights to guide me. All electricals went dead as I pulled into the office front gate.

oh damn...well my corolla 1979 model...have this prob....but its been like tiz all along la.....start the car lights damn dim ony whn rev light bcom bright this includes headlights and interior meter/dashboard lights...isit altenator prob ah bro's...sorie tumpang thread !!!

just change alternator ...... start car all(headlights n dashlights) bright later on drive 15 when the car start the heat up everything not that bright anymore ...... battery also change already
