V-tech maintenance

Hello guys...Kinda a newbie here

I just grab a honda civic...96 model...single cam v-tech engine...

Would like to know the routine maintenance of the engine such as :
1. The lubrication changes and stuff (routine oil change)

2. Transmission gear oil change...

3. Any recommended type of oil (engine & transmission)

4. Normal problems faced for this engine type.

Its adviseable to do servicing every 5,000km at any authorised Honda Service Center.

it is a NA engine, service it just like another NA engine then.use good reputable engine oil

Yes......and one more thing........it's VTEC not VTECH...
