oh..thanx a lot bro...
anyway according to discussion above...it means that tufoil works best with fully synthetic oil?
what brand do u recommend Bro focalpoint? :D

Gti, choose a synthetic or semi-syn according to your budget.

They all work perfectly well with Tufoil.

Focal Point,

I'm using Tufoil in my second oil change now. It says to use about 1/2 (4 oz?) for second and subsequent oil changes, right? I've just one small quirk I would like to point out. It's very difficult to judge how much I've poured since the bottle is completely black and it doesn't help by shaking it to see how much is still in the bottle. I would suggest the bottle have a transparent/translucent vertical line (like in engine oil containers) at the side of the bottle. What say you?

A satisfied Tufoil user,

tintin

I have been using Tufoil for the past 5 years or so and I must say that I am quite happy with it! In my personal opinion it has helped both my present car my Honda S2000 & my previous Honda Legend 3.2 to remain in it's good condition & in fact improve the performance! :D

Klmysticman,

Thanks for 5 years of support. It is great to hear that your high-end Hondas are purring with the use of Tufoil.

A couple of months ago, a dealer with a Honda Accord 2.4 with only 1000km on the dial added in a bottle of Tufoil. According to him, the result was quite impressive.

interesting.

I am a Bardahl 1 user since 1998. Anybody here have used the BArdahl and Tufoil and can give a comparison?

It would be good to hear from owners with very high mileage engines that has seen these additives since the engine was new.
For myself, I have covered about 130,000 kms with my current weekend warrior car, all these while using Castrol GTX 20-50 with a can of Bardahl 1 at every change. I change at 3000kms coz the car is rarely driven. I just switched to Caltex Delo 400 since March this year.

For my company Proton I am also using Caltex Delo with Bardahl 1. I find that I have to change the oil at 5000kms as the engine starts to feel a little heavy after that.

Elsewhere and way below under the Section ' Supporting Merchants ' Tufoil Lubricants ' in ZTH Forums Main Page, we recently reproduced the words and technical thoughts of Tufoil inventor and lubrications engineer Mr. Franklin Reick on the 4-Ball tests and the Falex V-pin tests in determining the superiority of lubricants. This is in response to a ZTH member who needed the confidence to buy the right stuff.Do give it a read.
