Transmission conversion

I've had my auto converted to manual last month. Do I need to go for inspection & approval?

Yes. you should bring your receipt and go to the JPJ Putrajaya, then get the letter from the tech dept. then bring it to PUSPAKOM for inspection. After inspection, then bring all the documents given by JPJ HQ(Putrajaya) and PUSPAKOM attached with your gran to JPJ anywhere for endorsement.

Well, that's how it's being done. Or just use it as it is until u wanna sell car. Even police or JPJ block also they wont stop you for having a manual transmission.

i've sold many cars that changed from auto to manual or vice versa....actually puspakom when they inspect they dont bother u r manual or auto.....they juz confirm the engine & chasiss no & car not sambung one then tinted ok and they approve it.

if u wanna update yr geran then u should do as what bro speed2horizon did.....
