bro, i'm extremely happy knowing that there are sc for proton for i've seen the performance of sc in toyota. i've been longing to find one that could fit for my 4g13. for i've read that you are focusing on 1.6 n 1.8 engine.

Nice to know I have your support in superchargers project and just to recap, we are currently concentrating on the 1.6 as this will be the next model in line for launch, its going thru it's process of final phase of testing and development. The 1.3 mmc ones EFI will be in due time bro, so no worries. Development and testing does takes up pleanty of time, epsecially if you are looking for a reliable kit..agree?..Any Happy New Year 2006 and do stay in touch.

Also, it is a good move as Sg Buloh area is known for its JPJ/Police road blocks. It is difficult to do modding business with this distraction.

Business is slow, as usual and that is why we need friends like you to support. Yup, moving to a slightly bigger venue, I have never liked that old place at Sg.Buloh, too many road blocks around especially when there are so many lorries moving about and traffic is always jammed.. This new place is located at Mah Sing industrial park, very near subang2 area. I will post a map when we are ready and we can meet up and do some fine tuning to your ride.ok...Oh! Thanks for the photos of the UK spec GTI with charger but it looks weird in construction. I was wondering who sent those pix to me, thanks bro...The inlet is located under the charger unit as the throttle body is located lower than the charger and this GTi is running with an aquamist water injection system too. May I ask how did you get these pix?...Am very curious how is the construction of the inlet manifold and what type of sc unit they are running on...Any more info pertaining to this kit would be great...Thanks again bro.

So sorry for all the delay in the Siemens VDO system and its supercharger kit, my sincere apologizes but let me do some justifications.

We alwaysa take our time to develope, tune and test our kits properly and there no other way to do then to let it run thru its phase of testing time and data logged and as we proceed, we will monitor of all feed backs gathered while in testing or tuning or development period, we need to observe what fails and how VDO responce to different types of tuning or different set-up with other parts upgraded. Data logging as we go along. The most important issue here is how can we harness the true potential of the kit with the engine as an important working partner but not sacrificing reliability or all other issues realting to it.

On the other hand, the PS performance stuffs you mentioned, I did hear off and I may try that stuffs too in due time. on the lighter side of things, tuning and testing superchargers are in a way very different as compared to tuning other set-ups...Superchargers power and response is way to instant thus tuning it would be required right from vacuum up to full boost at any given gear, any rpm and at any load...it is very possible to register 0.6 bar of boost even at idle while gently revving the engine, so tuning is much more tedious here with superchargers. That I can assure you.

The siemens VDO supercharger for the 1.8 GTI has been in testing for 10 months nows with some stuffs that stills need ironing out and will done real soon. So hang in there if you can..

I just cannot pluck a figure from thin air and place the figure here but lets just say it will be affordable and will not be charging an arm or a leg for this kit, it will definately be much cheaper as compared to the GTI 1.8 which is on promotion at RM6000 plus piggyback, tuning of two maps, workmanship for installation and all necessary parts of the supercharger kit. Do keep in touch and stay tuned....There will be lots of exciting stuffs this year....
