shipping "fullcut" from selangor

i got question to ask.
i found a so called "fullcut" of a prelude 3rd gen.
that car is considered "total loss" by PUSPAKOM.
unable to register the car legally.
so i want to buy the "fullcut" and use it as spare parts to restore my very own prelude 3rd gen.
how to make it possible? need approval or any document?
btw, i'm planning to ship it to sabah.

oh ya, EvolutionZ. if u are reading this, i just bought a prelude.
canceled the plan to buy mazda familia.
and i hope u can guide me cos i know you are good in stuff like this.

actually i am not familiar with shipping procedures...but if u r buying it for parts purposes, usually u need to do a pro-forma invoice to declare on the item, if tax is applicable then u need to pay it.....shipping cost from west msia to east is around rm1000 to rm1200 which inclusive marine insurance....
