if your packaging is too big, then they will call you to go to the pos office and open the packaging infront of them. If you don't have an invoice with you, then you have to give them the 'entertainment fee', get what I mean? what is the tax rate? it is all decided by them.

That means if i ship the rims back here it is confirm i have to pay them... damn those ppl...

You pay a std rate of 30% + 10% on your invoice value.

pay yr fren a small sum of fee...

Its 30% x the invoice price.

If supplier friendly you can quote a lower price...
