what turbo to get? 1.6 engine 450 hp target

Just want to ask all the sifu here , what turbo to get for 1.6 4agze engine, planning for 450 hp but need boost to start earlyaround 3K rpm meant for drift ( around 300 bhp) , sometime drag ( around 450 hp).
Any good...

guys, need advice on this boost controller, i heard this device can refine tune using hks writter? can n1 set it for me?
what is the market price currently? any got experience with hks evc6? common share your opinion...
