hi i got myself a 7 point roll cage yest ..
was wondering how much does it cost for me to install
and anybody knows where is a good place to set it up...
thanks alot..

do you really need it for a street car?

Many roll cage requires you to drill hole on the floor or certain point to install, so are just secured on the rear absorber top and seat belt point depending on design.

finally, do you really need a roll cage? Is it something for the kid to rice on the car these days?

you can just fixed the roll cage into the interior of your car
not necessary need to drill holes on the car body
of cos, those roll cage that can be disassemble into pieces
i'm not talking about those roll cage with fixed welded edges
the roll cage will be wobbly but it provides protection to passengers
i got a friend driving ae101 with roll cage on without drilling or anything
i'll try to snap few pics to show you guys how it actually looks
i'll update this thread one day

i plan to install a roll cage to..
bought it...
how bout the JPJ police etc?

JPJ part I think got blocking sure cannot pass. By the way, roll cages actually does more harm to the passenger if the passenger does not wear a helmet. U risk of hitting you head on the bars and hurting yourself. Think twice before installing, because it's not really necessary to install rollcages if your ride is a daily ride.

There are safety cushion for rollcage. You can get those cushion and install it into places you think necessary in case of accident it will minimize head impact damage with the rollcage.
